Christmas Offering 2022

Consider partnering with us as we raise support for these local, national and international ministries through our annual Christmas Offering.

International: $30,000 Goal

Relief for
Ukraine

Partnering with our existing mission partner in war-torn Ukraine, Slavic Gospel Association (SGA), the funds raised will be used in two strategic ways. $18,000 will be used to purchase 15 food pallets. This food aid will be connected with local churches and trusted SGA pastors to distribute. Each pallet will have the ability to feed 100 families for a week. In addition, $12,000 will be used to give 240 children the opportunity to attend a week-long gospel camp throughout Western Ukraine. We believe this part of our Christmas offering seeks to care for the physical and spiritual needs of the people of Ukraine.

Local: $10,000 Goal

Baden Central Church

Partnering with Fellowship Baptist Church in New Hamburg and FEB Central Church Planting, the funds raised here will help launch a new church plant in Baden, Ontario. This part of the Christmas offering is a continuation of Grandview Church’s church-planting vision, seeing new churches start and bringing the hope of the gospel to Waterloo Region. The funds will be used to support the planting couple, Nathan and Elaine Kapteyn, and be used to reach out to Baden through a variety of evangelistic activities in their start-up process.

National: $10,000 Goal

New Life Prison Ministries

Partnering with our existing partner, New Life Prison Ministries, the funds raised will be used to bring the hope of the gospel to prisons across Canada. Demand for a multi-lingual outreach tool called Audio Recordings for Christ (ARC) has increased by 20% during the last year. Grandview is seeking to purchase 400 ARC units to be distributed to inmates, allowing them the opportunity to hear the Bible, read and listen to gospel-based curriculum.

Please ensure your gift is designated as “Christmas Offering”.

Funds received will be distributed first to the Ukraine project, second to Baden Central Church and third to New Life Prison Ministries. Funds received over $50,000 will go to support the Ukraine project.
